Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time purchases. No subscriptions.

OpenClaw sells one-time digital products on open-claw.sh — the OpenClaw Mastery Course and individual AI skills from the marketplace. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. If you experience a technical failure or billing error, we will refund you.

What We Sell

All purchases on open-claw.sh are one-time payments for instantly delivered digital products:

  • OpenClaw Mastery Course — three tiers (Essentials $49.99, Professional $99.99, Mastery $199.99) that include the 50-page masterclass ebook, a certificate of completion on request, and a bundled selection of AI skills.
  • Individual marketplace skills — sold one-by-one from the OpenClaw Skill Marketplace, with prices ranging from $7.99 to $49.99 per skill.

We do not offer subscription products. Once your purchase is delivered, there is nothing to cancel.

Course Refunds

Course purchases (Essentials, Professional, and Mastery tiers) are generally final. The masterclass ebook is delivered instantly to your dashboard and skill claims are recorded immediately, so course tiers cannot be returned in the normal way digital downloads are returned.

We make exceptions for legitimate issues — see When We Will Issue a Refund below.

Marketplace Skill Refunds

Individual skill purchases from the marketplace are also final. The SKILL.md files are delivered to your account immediately upon purchase.

If a skill file fails to download or arrives corrupted, we will re-deliver it or issue a refund — see When We Will Issue a Refund below.

Cancellations

open-claw.sh does not currently offer subscription products. Course and skill purchases are one-time payments, so there is nothing to cancel after checkout. If your card was charged by mistake or you never received the product you paid for, that is a refund situation rather than a cancellation — see the sections above.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a refund to your original payment method when:

  • Technical failure preventing access — for example, the ebook fails to load or a purchased skill file is missing or corrupted, and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate charge — your card was charged twice for the same product.
  • Billing error — you were charged for a product you did not purchase.
  • Unauthorized charge — your card was used without your authorization. Please also contact your bank and file a dispute through your card issuer.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Send the email from the same address you used to purchase, or include your original Stripe receipt.
  3. Briefly describe the issue (technical failure, duplicate charge, etc.) so we can resolve it.

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Accounts Terminated for Terms Violations

We do not refund purchases for accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
